The National Anti-Terrorism Committee said the April 2 attack on Vladlen Tatarsky was planned by Ukrainian special services. The Telegram Shot channel gave details of Trepova’s detention in the north of the city, more than 100 security guards were involved in the operation.
The suspect was in an apartment in a 25-story building. Security forces occupied all floors of the house, for a time they only let residents in and out with an escort. When they walked into Trepova’s apartment, she started laughing and saying that it was all just a “trick” and she didn’t want any of it. A familiar man was in the apartment with her.
