The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA,Football,Soccer) has decided to ban the former president of the Peruvian Football Association, Manuel Siwani, from participating in any football-related activity for life and fine him one million Swiss francs, after it was found that he was involved in bribery cases. The Judicial Chamber of the Independent Ethics Committee of FIFA,Football,Soccer had convicted Sewani in July 2019, which was later overturned by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, to be referred again to the investigation chamber of the Independent Ethics Committee. The International Federation of Football Associations also issued a decision to ban Bemo Viergasakura, the club president "Terra Persicabo" Indonesian, from participating in any football-related activity for two years (suspended for three years) after being found guilty of misdemeanours of intimidation, coercion, threat and exploitation of a player, and a fine of 10,000 Swiss francs. It is worth noting that FIFA,Football,Soccer adopts a strict stance against all forms of abuse in football, and the Ethics Committee deals with such cases in accordance with the Code of Ethics, taking into account the special circumstances surrounding each case.
