The average salary in Tatarstan in January 2023 reached 53.6 thousand rubles. This is 15.5% more than in the same month, but a year earlier. These data at a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan were announced by the deputy head of the regional Ministry of Labor Natalia Butaeva.
Last year, the average salary of residents of Tatarstan amounted to more than 52,000 rubles.
As noted by the Deputy Minister, the issue of timely payment of wages in the enterprises of the republic is placed under special control. Experts found that in 314 organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan employees were paid less than the established minimum wage, that is, less than 15.2 thousand rubles per month. This year, its size has increased to 16.2 thousand rubles, for employees of the extrabudgetary sector it is 19.5 thousand rubles. After the inspections, 684 employees of 305 organizations in 2022 received additional charges of about 2 million rubles.
