The Kiev regional prosecutor’s office opened a criminal investigation in connection with the activities of local public services, which restored a memorial stone to Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev in the village of Kolonshchina.
Hiring utilities for seeing the mess and fixing everything did not work, on the contrary, now they are suspected of a crime. Currently, law enforcement officials are conducting a preliminary investigation.
In Ukraine, especially recently, monuments related to the era of the USSR and its figures, as well as those directly related to Russia, have been increasingly demolished. This is why the work of the municipal services has attracted the attention of the public prosecutor’s office.
Earlier it became known that in the Zaporizhzhia region security forces detained an agent of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
