A married couple and their adult son, who jointly run Pflegedienst, are accused of fraud in the amount of almost five million euros, which were received from health insurance funds. It is assumed that the main motive for the revealed scam was the family’s desire to secure a comfortable and comfortable existence. All suspects are in custody.

Nuremberg prosecutors have charged the family with 1,022 gang fraud charges for crimes committed in the Würzburg and Kitzingen area, prosecutors said. The parents, aged 56 and 47, and their 26-year-old son are accused of charging for services without having a carer in charge as required by law. In addition to a guilty verdict, the prosecutor also wants to obtain the confiscation of the assets. To this end, the mortgages of seven properties have already been brought under control and assets worth €1.6 million have been seized. The suspects are in custody. Investigators found their trace thanks to an anonymous denunciation.
