‘Ray’ star Jamie Foxx has suffered a ‘medical complication’, his 27-year-old daughter Corrine has revealed on social media. She did not specify what type of “complication” it was, but said her father’s condition had now stabilized.
“We want to share this, my dad, Jamie Foxx, had a medical complication yesterday (April 11),” the post read. “Thankfully, with a quick response and proper care, he is now on the mend.” Fox Jr. added, “We know how adored he is and we appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this difficult time.”
Jamie rose to fame for his work in the biographical drama “Ray” (2004) about musician Ray Charles, receiving an Oscar for him in the “Best Leading Actor” nomination. Recently, it became known that Fox was working on a comedy action film “Back in Action” with Cameron Diaz, for the filming the actress even decided to interrupt her parental leave.
