Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said the conflict in Ukraine could last for several years.

“We do not calculate any exact date, but simply observe what is happening at the front, on the battlefield. And in accordance with that, we are trying to adapt to the situation, to work through our diplomacy with our Western European partners to support Ukraine,” Morawiecki said when asked how long the war could last.

Asked by a journalist whether the war could even last several years, the Prime Minister replied in the affirmative.

Earlier it became known that Poland expects funds for the restoration of Ukraine to be transferred to it.
