Trucks prohibited from driving on the federal highway in the Pskov region

Trucks weighing more than 3.5 tons were banned from driving on the federal highway A-122 in the Pskov region. This was reported to “The Eastern Herald in Pskov” in the press service of FKU Uprdor “North-West”.

Part of the A-122 highway is the A-114 Ustyuzhna – Kresttsy – Yazhelbitsy – Velikie Luki – Nevel highway. The ban is in effect in the area of ​​the Dorozhny settlement in the Velikoluksky district.

It was necessary to introduce a restriction due to the damage to the beams of the viaduct span structure following the accident. The measures will be in effect from April 15 until the completion of road repairs. On the site organized reverse traffic with a traffic light. The circulation of cars will be controlled, as well as the respect of a distance of 50 meters between cars.

In the near future, temporary road signs, traffic lights and fences will be installed here, as well as light signals will be mounted. FKU Uprdor “Northwest” apologizes for the inconvenience and asks to take this information into account when planning routes.
