At the provincial level, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Jiangsu, Chilin, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Hunan and Guangdong are among the top 10 in terms of health development, according to the Blue Book. At the level of major cities, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Tsingtao, Wuhan, Khunmin, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Ningpo are among the top 10 in terms of health development.
