Al-Thakhira Youth Center organized many programs and various activities for young people during the holy month of Ramadan, which started with a question and answer competition through social media (Instagram) to encourage participants to increase their religious knowledge. The competition continues until the 29th of Ramadan. The center announces the winner daily through its Instagram account. It also organized the Futsal Championship for children born from 2005 to 2009, with the participation of 16 teams with 192 players. The attendance of the tournament matches exceeded 500 fans. He also organized the Padel Championship for children born from 2006 to 2009, with the participation of 8 teams. The center participated in organizing the Freej children’s competition in the Lusail playgrounds. He also organized, in cooperation with the Qatar Sports for All Federation, a match for the old players at Fereej Al Thakhira Stadium. The center organized religious programs, so it organized two competitions for young people up to the age of 14, namely, “The Little Hafiz” and “The Little Muezzin.” Ten winners won the two competitions and were honored with valuable prizes.
