Barshim tops Al-Adam Champions in Doha Diamond

The Qatar Athletics Association has officially announced the list of supporting champions participating in the Doha Round, the first round of the 2023 Athletics Diamond League, which will be held on May 5 in the field and track of Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar Club. The federation published, through its official account on Twitter, a list of 4 players led by the Golden Falcon, Mutaz Issa Barshim, who holds the record in the high jump for the Diamond League rounds (2.43m), and who is looking forward to achieving the best results in the rounds of the current season, and achieving additional achievements after the Olympic gold in Tokyo 2020. And the third gold in the Oregon World Championships 2022. The list also included Musab Adam, the 3000-meter champion, and the duo Musab Bella and Abdul Rahman Saeed in the 800-meter race, while the 400-meter hurdles champion, Abdul Rahman Samba, who had the best five records, was absent from the list. He seeks to have his name present in the history of high jump over the coming years, by setting new records and continuing to excel over his competitors at the global and Olympic levels.
