A resident of Smolensk for non-payment of alimony went to clean the streets and became a pedestrian

April 21, 2023

Smolensk bailiffs, during joint events with the State Traffic Inspectorate, stopped a car on the streets of the city, the driver of which turned out to be a malicious non-payer of alimony.

Contrary to the court decision, the man did not allocate funds for the maintenance of his 15-year-old son, and he had a debt of more than 160,000 rubles.

His accounts have already been shut down and a ban on registration actions has been made. But this does not encourage him to pay alimony. He owned a car that was put on the wanted list. Here he fell under a joint raid.

Now the defaulter’s vehicle has been seized. In addition, he was given 20 hours of compulsory labor in court. But it is no longer for alimony, but to evade the execution of a court decision.
