The Office of the President of Ukraine proposes to introduce a fee for all Russians for the restoration of Ukraine. They want to collect it when applying for tourist visas for western countries. Such an idea is contained in the plan proposed by Kiev to the West to strengthen sanctions against Russia, reports TASS.
The plan published by the Office of the President of Ukraine contains 12 points, which propose measures to influence Russia through the strengthening of individual, energy, military, technological and financial sanctions, the confiscation of assets and the withdrawal of foreign companies from the territory of the Russian Federation
Among other things, Kiev offers to collect money from every Russian for the restoration of Ukraine. The collection is proposed to be included in the mechanism for obtaining tourist visas for Western countries.
Another interesting idea is the transit of Russian gas to EU countries. Kiev proposes to completely ban direct deliveries and to let all gas for Europeans pass through the Ukrainian pipe.
