Residents of Russia prefer to get a job with high salaries. However, for the older population, financial stability is a more pleasant indicator than career opportunities, reports Kommersant.
According to an online survey, salary is the main benefit for 81% of Russians. Financial stability is interesting for 75%, a guaranteed long-term job for 65%, a good team for 60% of respondents and interesting professional tasks for 55%. In total, around 20,000 respondents took part in the study, 80% of whom work in the commercial sector of the economy.
The experts who conducted the study pointed out that the inhabitants of Russia are somewhat demotivated due to certain crisis phenomena in the economy. Now, people look at the basics when choosing a job, namely salary, stability, and longevity. However, the female half of the population, in addition to the increased desire for these three factors, is also interested in the working atmosphere.
Earlier, the “Main Regional” reported that the woman quit her unloved job and started earning money on candid photo shoots. The girl continued to go to interviews, despite the fact that her previous experience in the office caused her serious injuries. She admitted that she no longer wanted to link her life to office work.
