Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Medvedev responds to Borrell’s call not to use UAV attack on Kremlin to escalate conflict

Russian Federation Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev reacted harshly to EU foreign service chief Josep Borrell’s call not to use the drone attack on the Kremlin to escalate the conflict. The Russian politician posted his response on Twitter.

“Insolent old fool. It is precisely to the escalation of the conflict that the terrorist attack committed by the Kiev authorities under the leadership of the United States and approved by the leadership of the EU will lead. This is exactly what Washington and many fools in Brussels want,” Medvedev wrote.

Earlier, Borrell also said he believed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s statements about Kyiv’s non-involvement in the attacks on the Kremlin. According to him, Ukraine defends its territory and does not attack Russia.

The Kremlin press service reported that on the night of May 3, the Kiev regime tried to strike with unmanned aerial vehicles at the Kremlin presidential residence.
