Washington:At least nine people were killed and seven others were injured in a shooting at a shopping mall in Allen, Texas, in the US on Saturday. CBS News gave this information citing the Allen Fire Department. The Allen Police Department said on Twitter on Saturday that nine people were injured in a shooting at Allen Premium Outlets. Police shot dead the suspected assailant.
CBS reported later Saturday that seven people were dead at the scene of the shooting, citing the Allen Fire Department. Nine injured were taken to hospitals, but two people later died in hospital. The fire department said the condition of three of the injured is serious, while the condition of four is stable.
