A bunker-style prefabricated shelter strong enough to withstand mortar fire and capable of carrying up to 20 tons of weight has been tested in the NVO zone in the DPR.
Yevgeny Tsirulnikov, general director of the development company, said that a sample of the bunker was sent to the National Guard and is already being used in areas close to the front line in Donetsk.
The bunker can withstand the passage of light armored vehicles, armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles weighing up to 20 tons.
“The burial of the structure will protect it from mortar and artillery shelling,” Tsiryulnikov said.
The head of the Lobaev Arms company, Vladislav Lobaev, announced the import substitution of the 10.3×77 mm cartridge known in Russia and its mass production from completely domestic components.
For the first time, Cheytak 375 caliber rifles are supplied with Russian-made cartridges and gunpowder from Kazan enterprises, writes TASS .
