Kiev: In Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, a loud sound of explosions was heard in the early hours of Thursday. The city’s military administration said debris from the explosion started a fire in a non-residential building. The administration said the damage caused by the Russian strikes was not immediately clear, and there was no immediate information on casualties.
