Rajasthan government transferred 11 IAS officers.

Jaipur. In yet another bureaucratic reshuffle, the Rajasthan government late on Thursday transferred 11 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.

As per the order of the Personnel Department, the transfer of Subir Kumar from the post of Principal Secretary to the Governor has been cancelled. At the same time, the transfer of IAS Alok Gupta has also been cancelled. Gupta will continue to hold the post of Principal Government Secretary in the Department of Administrative Reforms and Tribal Area Development. Harji Lal Atal will now be the Officer of Special Duty (OSD) of the newly formed District Neem Ka Thana. He was earlier the secretary of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.

The transfer of IAS officer Namrata Vrishni has also been cancelled. She will continue to hold the post of Joint Secretary, Finance Department. The government has again transferred IAS Bhanuprakash Eturu, Rajendra Shekhawat, Karan Singh, Akshay Godara, Tikamchand Bohra, Sitaram Jat, Harji Lal Atal and Pooja Kumari Partha in four days. The government had transferred 74 IAS officers on May 15.

Eturu has been posted as Secretary, Department of Ayurveda and Indian System of Medicine, while Karan Singh, IAS, has been transferred from Secretary, State Election Commission to the post of Special Secretary, Labor Department.
