The American “Intel” reveals details of the launch of its smart chips in 2025

The company told a supercomputing conference in Germany on Monday that the “Falcon Shores” chip it intends to launch will pack 288GB of memory, in addition to other important technical specifications.

Chip power has become critical as AI models such as ChatGPT grow in size, forcing companies to seek more powerful chips to manage.

And “Intel” has changed its strategy to try to catch up with its competitor, Nvidia, the leader in artificial intelligence chips, and the company “AMD”, which should compete with “Nvidia” for the position with the “MI300” to chip.

And Intel has no share in the chip market, having for years delayed the launch of its “VQ Bridge” chip, which it will compete with, NVIDIA.

Intel said its “PointVQ” chip will perform better than the latest chip introduced by Nvidia, which is the “H100”.

But the “Falcon Shores” chip won’t hit the market until 2025, when Nvidia may introduce another chip of its own.
