Advice for those who want to reduce their diet… A simple trick that suppresses the appetite

May 24, 2023

Many go so far as to perform surgery in order to cut the stomach, in order to suppress the appetite, and they are unable to eat large meals and large quantities.

According to a recent study that may seem strange, the person who constantly looks at images of food on screens experiences relative satiety and turns away from it.

The study was conducted by researchers at the University of Aros in Denmark, to monitor ways to stimulate hunger in humans.

The study included a sample of 1,100 people who participated in an online study group, supervised by Tjak Andreesson, a doctoral researcher in the Department of Food Science at the Danish University.

The study also tried to find out how our desire to eat is affected, depending on the color, and the results showed that a person who sees an image of food thirty times becomes craving for a smaller amount of it.

Experts believe this study may be useful for those promoting food through advertisements, as the large number of images displayed seem to lead to the opposite result.

The promotion of fast food through advertising raises many controversies, given the poisoning of this unhealthy food by obesity and the chronic and serious diseases associated with it.
