In the final of French Open 2023, Novak Djokovic maintained his threat from the beginning. However, in the first set, he got to see a struggle with Rude. In the end, he defeated Rude 7-6 in the first set after one and a half hours of struggle. After this Djokovic won the second set 6-3 in just 48 minutes. However, again the Serbian player had to struggle a bit for the third set. But after a 55-minute struggle, Djokovic broke Rude’s serve to take the set and the match 7–5.
With this victory, Djokovic has created history and has made the record of winning the most Grand Slams. Where he won the 23rd Grand Slam beating Rafael Nadal (22).
