Russian troops liberated Krasny Yar in the DPR

The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported that troops from the Russian Armed Forces’ “Center” group have liberated the village of Krasny Yar in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

In addition, the soldiers defeated the personnel and equipment of the 15th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as the 59th Motorized Infantry, 67th and 150th Mechanized, 101st and 111th Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is noted that battles took place near Sukha Balka, Vishneve, Novoselidovka, Vozdvizhenka, Dzerzhinsk, and Selidovo in the DPR.

In addition, units of the Russian Armed Forces repelled 10 counterattacks by Ukrainian attack aircraft from the 23rd, 100th, 157th Mechanized, 25th Airborne, 142nd Infantry Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the 38th Marine Brigade, as well as from the 49th and 425th Assault Battalions and the 78th Airborne Assault Regiment.

As a result of the clashes, the enemy lost about 465 soldiers, two armored vehicles “Kozak” and “Kirpi”, four-passenger cars, a D-30 howitzer, and a D-20 gun. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense on its official Telegram channel.
