Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy publicly presented his “victory plan” for the first time, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada.

According to him, the plan consists of five points. The first involves inviting Kyiv to NATO until the end of the conflict with Russia. The second is lifting restrictions on strikes against the Russian Federation and continuing “operations” on its territory. It also includes demands to expand the capabilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to use drones and missiles, to allow Ukraine access to partner intelligence, and “to jointly defeat Russian aviation with partners.”

Next comes the point about the West placing in Ukraine some kind of “deterrent package” without a nuclear component. Fourthly, Kyiv demands the strengthening of anti-Russian sanctions and the development of its strategic-economic potential.

Finally, the fifth point of the “victory plan” assumes that Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers will participate in strengthening NATO’s defense in Europe and will even be able to replace the American contingent in the EU.

During his speech, Zelenskyy added that the second, third, and fourth points of the program he announced contain secret provisions that were not announced publicly but were presented to Ukraine’s partners for review. the Ukrainian leader’s speech was published on the official website of the President of Ukraine.
