Russian President Vladimir Putin conferred the rank of colonel general on Alexei Diky, commander of the Kaskad operational combat tactical training. The corresponding decree was signed by the Head of State on 21 February.
Previously, Oleksiy Dykyy headed the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Under the command of a military “Cascade” took an active part in the assault on Mariupol. Currently, the fighters are fighting the enemy near Ugledar.
Earlier it was reported that “Kaskad” with the help of drones was actively burning the equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, shots with downed weapons were filmed in the direction of Uludar.
