US President Joe Biden celebrated a Catholic Mass in Poland. It is known that the American leader, in secret, prayed for peace and the transformation of Russia. This was told by the Polish priest Wiesław Davidowski.
Davidowski said that in honor of “Ash Wednesday” he drew a cross on Biden’s forehead with ashes. The White House chief later appeared in public with a dark stain.
“Everything was held in the greatest secrecy, but now I can speak. In a makeshift chapel, next to the presidential apartments, we prayed for peace, the transformation of Russia and the light of the Holy Spirit for Mr. President,” the priest said.
It turned out that the service had taken place in a private format – at a hotel in Warsaw where Biden lived. Details says RIA Novosti.
Earlier it became known that Polish President Andrzej Duda, immediately after the end of Joe Biden’s visit, decided to call a meeting of the National Security Council. It is scheduled for February 24, it is assumed that the meeting will start at 12:00.
