The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, spoke in his weekly blog of the growing tension in the world and the lack of unity in the fight against it.
He announced it immediately after his speech at the United Nations General Assembly.
“These three days in New York confirmed the old adage that the UN is the perfect mirror of the state of the world. If you look outside of Ukraine, you can see global crises are piling up, but the global response is either stalled or inadequate,” Borrell says.
