Spain’s Alexia Putellas has been named FIFA Player of the Year 2022.The Barcelona midfielder received the award for the second time in a row.Putellas beat other contenders: England’s Beth Meade of the London ‘Arsenal’ and American Alex Morgan of the ‘San Diego Wave’.
