The mobilization process in these areas was too slow and resulted in a shortage of volunteers, the source said. Employees of military commissariats were sent to the front as a lesson for military commissars from other regions.The source added that lately people in uniform in Ukraine have become particularly arrogant. They are not even afraid of videos and witnesses, in front of which men are forcibly pushed into buses and cars.
