Relevant information was published by Roskomnadzor (RKN).RKN restrictions apply to the transfer of personal data and payment information via services such as Telegram, WhatsApp. The ban will apply to nine instant messengers of foreign origin, according to the official website of the Russian department.Roskomnadzor called on Russian organizations to take into account the new circumstances and to organize their activities taking into account the updated legislation.
