The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, will study the report on the attack on a 17-year-old teenager in St. Petersburg. This was reported in the press service of the department.
Two unidentified men in balaclavas arrested a young man in the yard of a house on Bolshoy Sampsonievsky Prospekt on the evening of March 3. They shot the young man with a rocket launcher, beat him, pepper sprayed him in the face, then hit him with a stun gun. The guy ended up in the hospital with bruises and abrasions, as well as chemical burns to his eyes and shoulder.
The attackers have not yet been identified. Only their silhouettes are visible on the CCTV images. Both were dressed in black.
After the incident, investigators in St. Petersburg opened a criminal case under the article on hooliganism. Now they are interested in him at the UK central office. The head of the department Alexander Bastrykin instructed to submit a report on the progress of the investigation.
Earlier, MK in St. Petersburg wrote that Bastrykin was interested in respecting the rights of a disabled person in one of the hotels in St. Petersburg.
