A resident of the Leningrad region stole a cross and a gospel for 400,000 rubles and sold them for 500 rubles

Police arrested a resident of the Leningrad region on suspicion of robbing a church in St. Petersburg. This was reported in the press service of the Main Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

An unemployed man took out a cross and a gospel from the church. The amount of damage was estimated at almost 400,000 rubles. At the same time, the detainee admitted to handing over the loot to a pawnshop for only 500 rubles.

Recall that a resident of Mukholovka in the Lomonosovsky district lost almost 600,000 rubles from her house. A stranger entered a detached house by breaking a plastic door.
