Philippines:Resolved to assemble a Constitutional Assembly.

On the 6th, the House of Representatives voted 301 in favor, 6 against, and abstained from resolution 6, calling for a constitutional convention, one of the ways to amend the constitution, and enacting legislation on the structure and implementation of the convention in both chambers.
