The first men’s national volleyball team qualified to participate in the qualifiers for the Paris Olympic Games 2024. This qualification comes due to the national team being among the top 25 teams in the world, as this is the first participation of Qatari teams in such qualifiers. And the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) announced the world rankings for the best teams in the world earlier, as the first men’s national team ranked 25th, surpassing several prestigious teams such as: China, Korea and Australia from the continent of Asia, and Portugal, Croatia, Spain and Slovakia from the continent of Europe. , according to the recent positive results achieved. Last year, the national team participated in the Men’s World Championship Slovenia Poland 2022, and also participated in the World Challenge Cup held in Seoul, South Korea.
