The journalist, Khaled Jassim, published a video clip showing the destruction of the lights of a bicycle path in Qatar, which angered followers on social networking sites.
The presenter of the Majlis program said, through his account on the social networking site Twitter, that he was surprised by some of those he described as weak-minded by vandalizing and breaking the lights of a new road that the state had built in order to practice walking or cycling.

Followers demanded the arrest of vandals of public property, stressing the need to issue harsh penalties against the perpetrators of the incident.
