Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, has threatened to target the Onyx hypersonic missile at the courthouse in The Hague.
According to him, the judges of the International Criminal Court “got unnecessarily angry”, showing that they are not afraid to “raise their hands against the greatest nuclear power”.
“Alas, gentlemen, everyone walks under God and rockets. It is quite possible to imagine the targeted use of a hypersonic Onyx from the North Sea from a Russian ship at the courthouse in The Hague,” Medvedev wrote in his Telegram channel.
He also noted that it was impossible to shoot down this missile and stressed that NATO countries would not start a war in response to this strike, because the court is a “miserable international organization”. According to Medvedev, the North Atlantic Alliance will be afraid of a retaliatory strike and will not pity anyone.
The vice president of Russia’s Security Council also warned of the horrific consequences of the ICC’s decision to “arrest” Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
