The Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Olaf Scholz, did not rule out that the conflict in Ukraine will last for a long time.

He made such a statement in Düsseldorf, the words of the German Chancellor are quoted by the DPA agency.

The media have not yet given further details, however, judging by the fact that EU countries continue to regularly supply arms to Ukraine, it can be concluded that Scholz’s words correspond to the reality.
