US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley says Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy ‘s goals are hard to achieve.
In his opinion, it will be very difficult to return Crimea and other territories to the Independent, including by military means.
Also, Milley noted that the states are not at war with Russia, but only help Ukraine in the struggle for territorial integrity.
