Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

In Kovrov, 10 fishermen were punished for going out on the ice

The weather outside the window does not prevent game lovers from fishing. Official bans and the possibility of running into a fine don’t stop them – and that’s for the best. Recall that now in Kovrov and throughout the region there is a complete ban on access to ice. The amount of the fine varies from 800 to 4000 rubles.

According to information from the regional alarm service, recently rescuers, together with representatives of the Kovrov Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Department, carried out a raid on the Gidromut reservoir.

The result is sad – there were a lot of fishermen on the ice. The inspectors asked the fishermen by loudspeaker to leave the ice. Many responded to the request and left. But 10 people remained “deaf”. They made protocols.

Note that the raids will continue.
