An organization from Kirov was selling fish of unknown origin

The violation committed by the Artel company was revealed by employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor. Immediately after that, the commercial enterprise was denied access to the FSIS “Mercury” system for 10 days.

The violation of the rules in force led to the sale of frozen fish products of unknown origin.

The organization went all the way, a month before buying 25 kg of frozen swords. The purchase was made correctly with the accompanying documents.

Moreover, the employee of “Artel” increased the purchased quantity immediately by 2475 kg, of course, without documents. After that, a vibrant trade in fish of unknown origin began, in a month the company sold 417.7 kg of products.

The company received a warning and access restrictions to the Mercury system for 10 days.
