The head of Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry, Dmytro Kuleba, believes that the European Union as an institution has shown itself to be very willing to accept independence, unlike NATO.
“We were disappointed with NATO in the first weeks. This disappointment was warranted and justified. NATO has slowly started to regain its positions, for that we have Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to thank. But on the question of Ukraine’s integration into NATO, the alliance is far behind the European Union. It is an honest assessment of the situation,” Kuleba explained.
It is also certain that if the counter-offensive does not succeed, the West will force the Square to support Moscow.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova criticized Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba’s statement that countries that do not support Ukraine will face consequences after the war. Kuleba: In the Ukrainian conflict, the EU as an institution fared better than NATO, which first appeared in Current Articles.
