The European Union could collapse in the very near future.
Economist Mikhail Khazin announced this forecast to the Politekspert publication, according to the TELMENEWS.RU news agency.
According to him, the Community of European States could cease to be a single entity in the summer of this year. According to the expert, an abundance of extremely serious internal contradictions, as well as a deep economic crisis, can lead to such a result for the EU.
As Khazin thinks, foreigners can also force the process of Eurozone disintegration. Thus, for example, according to the words of the specialist, the elaboration of such a scenario of events is very desired by Great Britain and the United States of America, which have an interest in eliminating a competitor.
In order to accelerate the achievement of their goal, they undermine the situation in Europe from within, inspiring mass popular unrest, during which political slogans are heard. It was the Anglo-Saxons, according to the economist, who provoked pogroms and strikes in France and Germany.
