Retired Lt. Col. of the Luhansk People’s Republic Andrei Marochko said that in the direction of Kupyansk Ukrainian servicemen fired from several rocket launchers, located in residential areas.
According to him, the work of Ukrainian armed formations from American rocket systems is observed in the direction of Kupyansk in the rear settlements.
“At the same time, the enemy is installing the MLRS in the settlements, not far from residential buildings and various social facilities,” Marochko said.
He clarified that the MLRS installations, after firing the full load of ammunition, leave at high speed, thus endangering civilian transport on the roads.
