The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is convinced that Ukraine has an impact on the civilian communications satellites of the Russian Federation.
“The Kiev regime, with the participation of specialists from a number of foreign states, is trying to influence Russian civilian communications satellites. This is a transcendent violation of international law,” the statement said.
In addition, the ministry clarified that the Russian Federation reserves the right to retaliate in this situation.
