Experts specializing in Sharia sciences and education stressed the need for women to ensure a balance between their job responsibilities and their educational tasks in order to prepare successful generations that are cognitively and behaviorally balanced, capable of facing all the challenges of life.
This came during a symposium organized by the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs under the title "The mother between the responsibility of the job and the tasks of education" Among the activities accompanying the Ramadan Book Fair in its second edition, which will continue until next Sunday at Darb Al-Saai headquarters in Umm Salal, with the participation of Dr. Religious Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
The symposium dealt with the most important rules set by the Islamic Sharia to achieve a balance between the various tasks of the mother, which extend from carrying out her domestic responsibilities to her societal role through performing her job, in order to achieve the equation that preserves the entity of the family, and society in general.
Dr. Abd al-Salam al-Majidi dealt in detail with the Islamic law’s view of the controls of women’s professional work, saying that women are the ones who arrange all matters related to life, including preparing the future generation, touching on their doing many difficult jobs that require both physical and mental effort, As she raises, teaches, manages home affairs and others, which requires taking into account her privacy in the type and nature of work so that she can achieve the desired balance between her tasks as a mother and educator, and her job at work, so that one task does not come at the expense of another.
For his part, Dr. Muhammad Al-Enezi highlighted the importance of achieving a balance between women’s work and raising their children, stressing their ability to do so, especially in light of their creativity in their work outside the home, and their competence in carrying out difficult and delicate jobs, noting that the indicators that followed the psychology of women’s work showed that Some women double their efforts at home, thinking they are negligent, which increases their fatigue.
In this regard, Al-Enezi praised the existence of some laws that regulate women’s work in terms of working hours, enabling them to reconcile their domestic responsibilities with their functional work tasks, so that they have ample time to carry out their role in their homes.
The two speakers provided a lot of advice that helps to balance the tasks of women in their home and their duty towards their society, and cited many positions of the Prophet’s biography, stressing the very important role that women play in establishing a bright future for future generations.
