Relatives have reported Ruslan Akhmedov, 31, missing after he vanished without a trace in Volgograd. The family reported that the Wagner PMC fighter arrived from Rostov by taxi on April 1, but has not been in contact since. A little later, information came that the man died.

Information about the death of a fighter was confirmed by the regional investigative committee. The body of a man was found in a rented apartment, the cause of death is being established. According to unconfirmed information from the source of the publication, Akhmedov died of poisoning with unidentified substances.
It is known that Akhmedov returned from the front line after the end of the contract and was heading to Dagestan. The man said that after the visit, despite the injuries he had suffered, he wanted to return to the front.
