Tonight, the competitions of the 13th edition of the Ramadan Cup Football Tournament will conclude, for an upcoming confrontation between Al-Kass TV team and Barzan team, at exactly nine thirty in the evening, at Stadium No. (5) in Aspire Academy, in a special Ramadan evening open to the masses. The Al-Kass team is looking for a record by winning the title for the fifth time, as it previously achieved the title 4 times in 2009, 2013, 2014 and 2018, which is the same number of titles for the Football Association team that it achieved in the years 2011, 2012, 2015 and 2016. Therefore, the Al-Kass team seeks today to win and be the only one with the record. On the other hand, the Barzan team is looking for the first title amid great aspirations with a distinguished group of players, who presented distinguished levels throughout the tournament. Barzan qualified for the final after qualifying in the second group after a difficult start, then overcame the Zekreet hurdle in the quarter-finals before defeating Al-Wakra in a penalty shootout in the semi-finals. While the Al-Kass team qualified in the fourth group runner-up in similar circumstances to the Barzan team, before defeating Al-Rumaila by penalty kicks in the quarter-finals and the Umm Al-Afai team in the semi-finals, with a score of 4=1. After the title is won, a coronation ceremony will be held for the first and second place holders, in addition to distributing individual awards for the best player, best goalkeeper, scorer and perfect team.
