The electronic registration system in government schools allows students to register through the school and follow-up on students who have been registered by parents, in addition to enabling the educational institution to follow up on what has been registered of students, whether by parents or by the school.
The electronic registration system shows the capacity of each school, the number of students enrolled in it, and the number of vacancies available immediately.
Submitting the application online 1. Create a new account or log in to your previously defined account through the website of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. 2. Update the guardian’s information, if it was not previously updated, and enter the required data, then click on "to update". 3. Press on "Early registration for a new student" Fill out the application form, then click on "the next". 4. Search for schools according to the geographic data of your residence. 5. Press on "Confirm selection" To enroll the student in one of the schools near your residence that has vacancies. 6. Press on "OK" After contacting the school and making sure of the availability of transportation.
Required documents: 1. Certificate "To whom it concerns" from "Kahramaa" or an invoice "Kahramaa" Or the lease contract showing the electricity number.
2. A copy of the student’s ID card, his birth certificate, and a certificate from his guardian’s employer in the case of resident students. 3. A copy of the birth certificate in the case of students, children of Qatari women and children of citizens of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf. 4. Press on "the next" And review the data of the student, the guardian and the school. 5. Check the box "I agree" After reading the message on the acknowledgment screen, and pressing "the next"then "data adoption".
