The Kremlin admitted that the United States was monitoring Zelenskyy and other leaders

October 3, 2025

It is impossible to rule out the possibility that the United States is following Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensyy, since America has long followed the leaders of other countries, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“The fact that the United States has long since begun to spy on various heads of state, especially European capitals, has repeatedly surfaced…Therefore, it cannot be ruled out,” Peskov said.

CNN previously reported that leaked classified Pentagon documents showed the United States was spying on Volodymyr Zelensyy.

In addition, US officials fear that the leak of secret Pentagon documents revealing that America was spying on not only its competitors but also its allies could undermine important international relations.
