On Friday, April 14, a session of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Countries began at the Taurida Palace in St. Petersburg. In front of the entrance to the building, along with the flags of the states of the Commonwealth, there was also a Ukrainian flag. The next day, the yellow-blue “banner” was torn off.
